Receives Gold Master Level Recognition by American Honda
Margaret Martino was recently honored by American Honda Motor Co., Inc., for achieving Gold Master level status in the 2010 Council of Sales Leadership recognition program. This prestigious designation is bestowed only on Honda Sales Consultants who consistently exemplify professionalism in all aspects of their sales performance.
The Council of Sales Leadership program is an annual effort to promote the development of Sales Consultants throughout Honda dealerships nationwide. The program recognizes Sales Consultants who excel at enhancing the customer buying experience. Sales volume, customer satisfaction, and professional knowledge are the program measures used to judge Sales Consultants' ability to best serve their Honda customers. To receive Gold Master status, the 2010 winners had to exceed their given objectives in all three categories for at least three out of the last five years, while maintaining employment at the same dealership.
This is the third year Margaret has been named a member of the Council of Sales Leadership. She is one of 435 out of more than 12,000 Honda Sales Consultants to achieve Gold Master level membership in 2010. Margaret has been a part of the sales staff at Lehigh Valley Honda in Emmaus for more than 4 years.
